BCC Evolution's Annual Gala

You're invited to join BCC Evolution's 4th Annual Gala 80's style. Enjoy live entertainment, 80's theme, food, fun, silent auction and more!

16+ ONLY for this event.

Don't miss our Annual Gala! Join BCC Evolution; a Mental Health and Suicide Awareness nonprofit; for a unique opportunity to have fun, see live entertainment, celebrate our impact and sponsors from last year and raise money to support all of BCC Evolution's mental health educational programs.

Entertainment will be provided by an 80's cover band TBD to step back into time and have some fun. 

Catered dinner provided by TBD and dessert is included with your ticket. Tables will be socially distanced, however seating for unreserved/none sponsored tables will be assigned. Please see below for all rules, tickets and sponsor packages.

GA Ticket:

  • Includes general admission entry into the Gala. 1 seat at a table. Also includes Dinner and Entertainment. Drinks are available for cash/credit at the bar.

  • 150 total tickets available: $74

VIP Ticket: 

  • Includes VIP entry into the Gala. 1 seat at a prime seating table. Also includes Dinner and Entertainment. Drinks are available for cash/credit at the bar.

Leg Warmers Sponsorship:

  • Includes 8 GA tickets (value $600). 1 big table with 8-10 seats with your company name being listed on table tent as a sponsor. ($50 value)

  • Listed on BCC Evolution's website as a sponsor for 1 year with a link to your website (Priceless)

  • Must be purchased by Jan 30th for printing purposes. Sooner you purchase the more exposure you will get. 

  • Only 8 available: $650

 

Cassette Tape Sponsorship:

  • Includes up to 12 VIP tickets (value $1,500). 1 big table and 1 small table with your company name and small logo on both table tents. ($100 value)

    • VIP bags for all guests

  • Small logo on all marketing material including emails, flyers and any announcements. Also, an announcement on stage at event as a sponsor. (Priceless/tax deductible)

  • Listed on BCC Evolution's website as a sponsor for 1 year with a link to your website (Priceless)

  • Must be purchased by Jan 30th for printing purposes. Sooner you purchase the more exposure you will get.

  • Includes up to 16 VIP tickets (value $2,000). 2 big tables with name of company and small logo on both table tents. ($200 value)

Are you a vendor that aligns with mental health or suicide prevention and want to share your products with our guest?

  • We have 5 Phone Booth vendor spots open for this event. Goes to first come first serve. Must align and have a no pressure sales mindset. This is a celebration of the year prior and a fundraising event for our nonprofit so we really want a space for our guests to enjoy. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Booths: $125 

  • $75 for nonprofit organizations (reach out to support@bccevolution.org to be invoiced)

 

Rules of Event:

  1. 18+ Event

  2. Alcoholic beverages are available for cash/credit at the bar. Valid ID required.

  3. Masks for COVID protection are not required, however you're more than welcome to wear them.

  4. Dinner, N/A beverages and entertainment is included in your ticket.

  5. To fit the 80's theme 80's attire is encouraged to wear, but not required. Feel free to have fun with the theme. Must be appropriate for ages 16+.

  6. We ask that you please stay home if you're not feeling well or have been tested positive for COVID-19.

***All proceeds above and beyond the cost of the ticket, entertainment, food and fees will be donated to BCC Evolution, a Mental Health and Suicide Awareness 501c3 nonprofit organization. Refund Policy: 80% of ticket price will be refunded only up to 30 days prior to the event, except we will refund your ticket price with a valid positive COVID-19 test result or full ticket price can be claimed as a donation or transferred to someone else.
